Instructions for Obtaining an Effluent Sample Bottle
- Effluent sample bottles may be purchased from the Tazewell County Health Department during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Effluent bottles are $48, which covers shipping and laboratory analysis. All sample bottles must be paid for at the time of purchase.
- Effluent samples are accepted at the Tazewell County Health Department, Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 11 am. Samples must be collected and shipped on the same day. Sample results take approximately one week to arrive.
