The Partnership for a Healthy Community (PFHC) is a multi-sector community partnership working to improve population health. The Substance Use committee exists to work collaboratively across disciplines to reduce the harms of substance use and its subsequent mortality. The Substance Use committee currently meets at Hult Center for Healthy Living (5215 Knoxville Ave, Peoria, IL 61614) on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 9:00 AM.
