Clinic Services
- For Tazewell County residents ages 3½ and up.
- The clinic provides basic examination, restorative and educational
services.
- Service fees are based on a sliding scale according to the client's
ability to pay.
- Clinic services are designed for low income families. No one will be
refused services because of inability to pay.
- Public Aid medical cards will be accepted as payment in full, with the
exception of those services denied or not normally covered by public aid.
Dental Sealant Program
- Provides dental sealant to Medicaid eligible and free lunch recipient
children.
- Sealants are applied to the chewing surface to help prevent cavities in
permanent teeth.
- Parental authorization is required for the services to be provided.
